What began as a modest shop in 1988 with T-shirts and sweatshirts, has grown into a quaint little gift shop enjoyed by guests and passers-by.

Today the gift shop is filled with a variety of delightful items, many of which are made in Hawaii by local artist and craftsmen.

Some of our most popular items include jewelry made from koa, etched brass, dichroic glass, tea towels, wine stoppers, and pepper-mills.

Always a favorite are the logo items, such as our mugs, T-shirts, fleece jackets, hats, ornaments, and soaps.

Our beautiful glass blown vases found in our dining room, are made exclusively for the lodge by Volcano artists Michael and Misato Mortara of 2400° FAHRENHEIT (www.2400F.com).
