What Time Is Check-In? What About Check-Out?

Standard check-in is 3:00–5:00p.m. Please notify us if you plan to check in later than 5:00 p.m. so we can plan accordingly. Check-out time is 11:00 a.m.

What is Your Cancellation Policy?

Cancellation and deposit policies vary by the confirmed rate. The policies regarding your specific reservation are provided at the time the reservation is made. Are Reservations Required to Dine at Kilauea Lodge Restaurant?

We recommend making dinner reservations at Kilauea Lodge Restaurant, especially if you plan to dine with us on weekends or holidays.

When Is Your Hot Tub Open?

The Kilauea Lodge hot tub is open daily from 9:00a.m. to 9:00p.m.

When Is the Kilauea Lodge Restaurant Open?

Our restaurant is open 7 Days a Week:

Breakfast (Monday - Friday) 8:00am - 10:00am
Dinner (Daily) 5:00pm – 8:00pm
Weekend Brunch 9:00am – 2:00pm (Live Music 10:30am – 1:30pm)

Do You Have Any Minimum Night Stay Requirements?

A two-night minimum stay is required during the Thanksgiving and Christmas holidays.

What Is Your Smoking Policy?

Smoking is prohibited in all rooms at Kilauea Lodge and within 25 feet of any building or entrance. Outdoor smoking is permitted in designated locations only. And a violation of the no-smoking policy may result in a fine of up to $250.

What are the Gift Shop Hours?

Our gift shop is open from 8am to 8:30pm daily.

We believe that every last visitor should be able to fully enjoy and equally access our upscale amenities and our upcountry charm. And that’s why we’ve implemented some important ADA-compliant accommodations.
